"One clip of video shows a well head surrounded by a continuous ring of bubbles. Another reveals a rolling boil of methane bubbles. Both versions, according to state officials, indicate problems with drilling procedures."
The videos were recorded by the PA DEP
at Cabot Oil and Gas wellsites in Dimock, PA.
"The DEP maintains the video is evidence
of poor drilling procedures that have led to
the pollution of neighboring water wells."
Cabot has responded with their usual lame denials.
"I don't believe you have evidence there of a rationale of gas going into neighboring (water) wells," said George Stark.

Video & Story HERE
This video should have been released a long time ago.
It is probably typical of wellsites throughout the state.
None of us could ever get close enough to see.
How many other DEP videos are there?
The video does not allow fullscreen, embedding or download.
I'll watch for it on youtube.
